Why This Role Matters
As an Assistant Designer, you will help bring our brands to life through engaging visual experiences that strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement across our markets. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, CRM and agency partners, you will turn business and customer insights into impactful creative solutions that support our O+O (Offline + Online) business model. Most importantly, your work will play a part in putting a smile on customers’ faces through every touchpoint and interaction. Drawing inspiration from trends, insights and data, you will help create meaningful brand experiences while growing your creative craft within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Design creative assets across digital, retail, campaign, packaging and in-store channels.
Develop concepts from initial ideas through to final artwork execution.
Apply brand guidelines consistently across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, CRM teams and external partners.
Support initiatives that enhance the customer experience across our O+O business model.
Use customer insights, market trends and data to inform creative decisions.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools and emerging creative opportunities.
Contribute ideas that strengthen brand engagement and business performance.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking, visual storytelling and design execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual communication.
A customer-focused mindset with curiosity to understand the "why" behind every brief.
Ability to use insights and feedback to shape effective creative solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an openness to feedback.
Attention to detail, excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects.
