Why This Role Matters:

As Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the financial performance and long-term success of a complex retail business. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will drive strategic decisions, governance, and transformation initiatives across the organization. At the heart of this role is delivering sustainable growth while putting a smile on customers’ faces—ensuring our financial strategies enable a seamless O+O (Offline + Online) retail experience, operational excellence, and value creation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing insight-driven recommendations to support business decisions.

• Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy using a data-driven approach.

• Drive business performance through analysis of sales, margins, profitability, and cashflow

• Evaluate and govern investments, capital allocation, and transformation initiatives (e.g. digital, store lifecycle)Ensure strong financial governance, risk management, and compliance with Group standards.

• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams, reinforcing collaboration as a way of working.

• Optimize cashflow and working capital to enhance liquidity and business resilience.

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, embedding analytics, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Solid understanding of financial governance, controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or similar high-volume business environments.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across diverse stakeholders.
