Role Purpose:
As part of the Finance Controls & Systems (FCS) team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the internal control of the Group by ensuring proper controls, governance, and risk management processes are in place and operating effectively.
You will take part in operational and financial audits across APAC, gaining invaluable knowledge of business operations and working with people from different backgrounds and seniority levels. Ultimately, this role contributes to putting a smile on customers’ faces by upholding a strong and reliable control environment that supports business performance.
A typical day in this Role:
Conduct operational and financial audits to provide an independent assessment of the internal control environment and operations across different markets, applying a scientific and data‑driven approach.
Drive rectifications of various internal control issues with a strong customer‑focused mindset, ensuring internal stakeholders receive timely and practical guidance.
Provide constructive recommendations on how to improve operating processes and efficiency, supporting the Group’s O+O (Offline + Online) business model.
Act as the Gatekeeper on the quality of the BU’s bi‑annual self‑assessments while engaging cross‑functional teams through collaboration as our way of working.
Drive continuous improvements of FCS internal processes, including the adoption of audit analytics and other enhancement initiatives.

Relevant work experience in auditing, internal controls, retail operations, supply chain, eCommerce or data analytics
Good communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders from different background and internally as a team player
Proactive and Curious to everything, and embrace challenging status quo and absorb
new knowhow while keeping independent thinking mindset
Responsible, well organized, result orientated, and self motivated
Business travel is required
