Account Service Manager


  • Lead a small team to take care of key accounts, customers’ enquiries & requirements and sales support to deliver high service quality;
  • Develop account service plans and strategies, customer service management, daily operation direction and guidelines to continuously enhance overall service quality and operational efficiency;
  • Work with HQ and Regional offices to drive business initiative projects and manage deliverables;
  • Understand customers’ need and proactively provide solutions from customers’ perspective;
  • Drive and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the customers KPI are achieved;
  • Review and analyze operations data and performance to prepare weekly/ monthly management reports with recommendations;
  • Establish an effective and positive working relationship with and within the team, ensure the team is always updated with the market situations and plans regarding service delivery for customers;
  • Provide regular internal trainings and briefings to front-line staff and reinforce the operation processes and upgrade team performance;
  • Initiate and manage staff development plan, drive individual / team result with KPI development;
  • Coordinate with both customers and internal working parties to secure commitment on resources and activities plan;
  • Strengthen Partnership with Sales team;
  • Work base in Hong Kong.


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Commerce or related disciplines;
  • 5 years or above experience in B2B customer service and logistic industry, preferably in e-commence;
  • Strong problem solving, leadership and management skills;
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and planning skills;
  • Energetic, well-organized, responsible and self-initiative person with strong analytical, interpersonal communicate skills;
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office including word, excel, power point;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin;
  • Occasional travel is required.
