Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered proof-of-concept prototypes to validate emerging technologies against real-world business challenges, ensuring strong performance in accuracy, cost, and scalability;

• Contribute to advancing multimodal models in the agent domain and to building the next-generation, end-to-end multi-agent system;

• Work closely with developers to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into web/mobile applications;

• Provide continuous operational support and implement feature enhancements for the current AI solution;

• Design AI architectures for leveraging technologies such as computer vision (e.g., object detection, segmentation) and large language models (e.g., instruct/reasoning model, multimodel) tailored to specific use cases;

• Solve business problems by designing and implementing algorithms and models;

• Explore state-of-the-art algorithms and technologies to meet different business needs;

• Measure and optimize the performance of AI solution and explore the improvement potential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or relevant disciplines;

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as Computer Vision, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, agentic AI, and other practical AI tools;

• Familiar with LLM models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, or others.;

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas libraries and etc;

• Solid understanding of object detection solution architectures, AI model training pipelines and performance evaluation;

• Strong programming skills and knowledge in Python, React/Next JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL;

• Able to work well in a team or independently;

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to team lead and members;

• Self-motivated, adaptable and has a strong sense of ownership;

• Ability to drive the development to completion with minimal guidance.

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as AI Engineer.
