Data Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute data mining projects aimed at helping the sales team acquire high-quality leads.

  • Develop and maintain data pipeline, including data sourcing, extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation.

  • Design and maintain integrations between external data sources and CRM systems to improve data completeness and usability for sales.

  • Evaluate the performance and suitability of data tools based on user requirements and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, E-commerce or a related field.

  • At least 1 years of relevant working experience in the data engineering or data analytics field, prior experience in customer lead generation projects is preferred.

  • Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques; prior experience in customer lead generation projects is preferred.

  • Proficient in database technologies with strong data cleaning, processing, and analytical capabilities.

  • Programming Language knowledge in Python、SQL.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
