Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing and branding strategies, ensuring consistent brand identity and strengthening the company’s market positioning.
• Lead daily digital and social media initiatives, including content planning, campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and performance tracking to drive measurable growth and engagement.
• Plan and execute visitor engagement and on site branding activities to enhance the overall customer journey and uphold experiential marketing standards.
• Assist in identifying and managing strategic partnerships, coordinating joint campaigns, and ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies, providing recommendations to enhance marketing innovation and audience reach.
• Coordinate cross functional project execution, manage creative and agency partners, and ensure timely, quality, and budget aligned delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Be a brand guardian – maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or communications
• Proven experience in social media management, brand management and marketing for sizeable corporation, agency exposure will be an advantage
• Experience in website management, digital marketing and O2O campaigns is essential
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and creative with strong marketing perspective
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and multitasking
• High proficiency of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of the MICE or event industry or experience is a plus
