Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of F&B outlets within the venue as well as outside caterings
• Provide professional services to customers  
• Handle and solve guest complaint and feedback to management for improvement
• Provide support to drive and lead team members to achieve business target and exceed customers’ expectation
• Monitor and maintain high quality food and beverage standard to serve and present to customers
• Perform any ad hoc duty as required 

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above  
• Minimum 2 years of banquet operation experience or F&B assistant supervisor experience is preferred
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner with positive attitude, patience and work independently as well as able to solve problems with minimal supervision
• Proficient in computer operation and MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Shift duty is required
