Responsibilities:

• Support IT operations, especially in Network for AWE

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with various brand of firewall, switches, AP

• Participate in IT operational projects, including systems upgrades, process improvements

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success

• Establish and maintain robust communication and network policies, standards, and security procedures that keep everything running smoothly and securely

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success

• Monitor system capacity and fine-tune performance to ensure optimal efficiency

• Manage and monitor security tools such as firewalls, switches and SIEM

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Over 5 years of IT working experience, with at least 3 years in the networking

• Certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or an equivalent certification from another network equipment vendor

• Practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of network products from major vendors and prevalent network protocols

• Experience in system integration projects or network infrastructure support and maintenance initiatives

• A strong understanding of networking concepts

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
