Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and monitoring traffic, logistics and security arrangements for AsiaWorld-Expo, including support for the execution of event plans.
• Coordinate with the Airport Authority and other relevant  stakeholders on traffic conditions ; prepare event security manpower deployment and transportation orders for both event operations and daily venue operational needs.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of Service Partners during event operations, ensuring execution is in accordance with AsiaWorld‑Expo standards and agreed key performance indicators.
• Prepare clear and structured briefing materials and operational procedures for Service Partners to ensure event requirements are executed smoothly and to a high standard of quality.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including purchasing and sourcing activities, expenditure reporting, office operations, logistics data maintenance, manual updates, and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of car parking permit logistics for mega events, including data analysis and report generation.
• Support the planning, maintenance, and coordination of venue wayfinding and event‑related signage.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience in a sizable organization; experience in event planning, particularly in traffic, logistics, and/or security operations, is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and technologically savvy, with a strong ability to apply digital tools in daily operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player and work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Possess a valid HK driving license class 1 or 2 is an advantage.
