We are a well-established and steady-growing B2B electronics trading company based in Shatin. We specialize in the export of Electronic Measuring Devices & Instruments to overseas markets, including Europe, the US, and Asia Pacific region.

To support our business expansion, we are currently seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and independent Sales & Marketing Officer to join our core team. The ideal candidate will handle everything from global client development to end-to-end order fulfillment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries and concerns

• Handle the complete export workflow independently for overseas clients

• Coordinate closely with manufacturing plants in mainland China to final shipemnt

• Understand product specifications of electronic measuring devices to professionally answer technical inquiries, provide solutions, and prepare quotations for overseas clients.

• Actively develop new overseas buyers and industrial accounts through professional emails and online meetings.

• Develop and implement of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and impactful marketing materials

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies

What we're looking for

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in B2B trading, sales, or merchandising (Experience in electronics, industrial instruments is highly preferred).

• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms

• Familiarity with B2B media marketing and content creation

• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
