Job Description

  • Assist Marketing Manager to plan, monitor and liaise with the clients to ensure the projects can be completed timely
  • Work closely with broadcasting team and external parties to ensure on schedule 
  • Assist in sourcing, research & preparing event related materials
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints, follow up and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Occasional travel and over-time work is required

 Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of working experience in Exhibition/Event Industry or related industries will be considered in priority
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Able to work overtime, work under tight schedule & under pressure
  • Adaptability to any duty that is needed during branch preparation phase
