Responsibilities:

• Lead the group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities within the organization;

• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards;

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;

• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management on financial performance, key trends, and areas for improvement;

• Assist in the preparation of interim financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards;

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during the reporting process;

• Liaise with professional parties, including auditors, lawyers, financial advisors, and bankers;

• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization;

• Implement internal control measurement policies and procedures to improve reliability, accuracy and timely of financial data;

• Support system implementation and process changes;

• Perform ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related disciplines;  5 days stationed in Dongguan

• Member of HKICPA or ACCA or other equivalent professional organization;

• At least 8 years’ experience in related Audit or Accounting, past external audit experience in BIG4 is an advantage;

• Manufacturing/trading experience is a must; with experience in China manufacturing local company will be an advantage

• Strong technical accounting and familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, government regulations and practices;

• Able to supervise the full set of manufacturing accounts and develop effective accounting system;

• Proactive with good interpersonal skills and self-motivated;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager;

• Immediate availability will be advantage.
