The dealership in Hong Kong includes Audi, Bentley (Hong Kong and Macau), Kia, Volkswagen (Hong Kong and Macau) and Zeekr (Hong Kong and Macau).
Brand Ambassador (Motors Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • Promotes brand and products to customers with high quality customer services
  • Follow up on leads and maintain positive relationship with customers
  • Keeps customers informed on latest products and promotions to maximize sales potential
  • Arrange product presentation and conduct test drive with potential customers
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs defined by the company
  • Work closely with internal teams including CRM, Marketing, Sales and Aftersales to drive operational efficiency
  • Assist in preparing operations related reports
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business / Hospitality related disciplines
  • Fresh Graduate candidates are welcomed, with some experience with sales related will be an advantage
  • Holder of valid driving license No. 1 & 2 is preferable
  • Professional negotiation skills, problem solving and complaint handling skills
  • Aggressive and presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate in automotive industry with appetite to drive innovative ideas and changes in matrix environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Working location : Taikoo, Wan Chai and Kowloon Bay
