Parts Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for parts counter walk-in & phone in inquiry
  • Assist Service Advisor & Technician for parts quotation and availability check
  • Receiving and packing  
  • Internal transfer arrangement
  • Well organize warehouse
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure smooth supply of parts and components to customers
  • Discharge container

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Keen to develop a long-term career in the automotive industry
  • Well organized, attentive to details and mature
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and DMS system
  • Able to lift heavy item

Working location : Tsuen Wan / Yuen Long / Ap Lei Chau / Chai Wan
