Receptionist (Showroom)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers at reception
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform general clerical and administration duties for the showroom
  • Prepare daily reports of daily operations and status follow up
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills with professional customer service manner
  • Good communication in English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Friendly, customer service oriented, independent and responsible
  • Less experience with high caliber is also welcome
