Service Advisor (Motors)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice, cost quotation and quality customer services to customers regarding aftersales service
  • Build up excellent customer relationship
  • Follow up closely with customers to ensure all service request are being attended efficiently
  • Work with workshop mechanics to ensure smooth operation of service center
  • Prepare service documents, verify job order and keep track of the service progress
  • Support aftersales administration and logistics duties
  • Handle ad-hoc projects to be assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above 
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in aftersales service for automotive industry
  • Self-motivated, Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and customer oriented
  • A good team-player with pleasant personality
  • Valid HK Driving license of Class 1 & 2
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office and Word Processing (English & Chinese)

Working Location: Tsuen Wan / Kwai Chung / Chai Wan / Yuen Long
