Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the employee journey including onboarding, performance management, retention, employee engagement, staff issues, exit interviews, and final payment calculations;
• Provide practical HR advice and build strong relationships with divisions to deliver business-aligned solutions that support company goals;
• Monitor staffing needs and costs to ensure they align with business requirements;
• Assist in HR projects, exercises and initiatives;
• Keep abreast of HR practices and statutory requirements, make recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Review and implement the standardization of HR policies and procedures; 
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, handle employment contracts and data in compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and company policies;
• Compile HR analytical reports for management review; and
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in sizable companies;
• Experience in business partnering is a plus;
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinances and regulatory practices; 
• Well-organized, proactive, detail-minded with excellent interpersonal skills; and
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
