About The Role:

• Responsible for consolidation and prepare monthly/quarter end financial reporting with analysis and schedules

• Supervise subordinates on daily A/R and A/P accounting works, including vendor invoices/payment and customer billings/ receipt processing 

• Review month end accrual and account schedules 

• Interface regularly with Project Manager and assist in project accounting

• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth accounting operations

• Assist in annual budget and tax return

• Liaise with external audit for statutory audit

About You:

• Diploma or higher in Accounting/ Finance or related studies 

• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting field with experience in handling full set of accounts

• Be self-motivated, possess a strong sense of responsibility, be detail-oriented and independent

• Proficient in Word and Excel (such as Vlookup, Pivot table)

• Knowledge in Sage 300 or other ERP system is preferred

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate Available is preferred
