System Engineer

To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and support network, server and storage infrastructure for internal offices, data centers and client projects

  • Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software and connectivity issues

  • Ensure smooth operation of office IT systems, including accounts and access control

  • Assist with project deployments and infrastructure maintenance at client sites

 

About You:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines

  • Holder of CCNA, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CSX-F, CSX-P qualification is preferable

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • At least three years’ work experience in server and network administration, computer technical support

  • Experience in Windows 2019 servers, Cisco network/IP-Phone, Exchange, TCP/IP including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN and WINS operation
