Manager / Assistant Manager, Valuation and Advisory Services

Job Mode: Full-time Job
Job Nature: Surveying / Property Valuation Advisory

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • HK, the PRC & overseas property valuation works including market research, data analysis, modelling and report preparation
  • Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations
  • Review valuation and research reports from team members to ensure professional service standard
  • Carry out feasibility study and due diligence with our professional team members including CFA & CPA
  • IPO, circular and M&A projects in-charge
  • Manage mandates with clients and external professional parties and take lead in making recommendations on valuation issues

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
  • Qualified Professional General Practice Surveyor or equivalent (MHKIS or MRICS) is an advantage
  • At least 4-6 years relevant working experience preferably with PRC valuation exposure
  • Be familiar with accounting and valuation standards relating to property valuations for financial reporting purposes
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager
  • Business trip to PRC and overseas may be required
