Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support in human resources management, including but not limited to staffing and recruitment, benefits, leave and attendance administration and employee relations
  • Maintain personnel databases and filing records
  • Assist in prepare regular HR reports
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 1-2 years related working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Responsible, organized, willing to learn and able to handle multi-tasks within deadlines
  • A proactive team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is preferable
