System Engineer


  • Manage helpdesk-reported technical problems, prioritize, track and provide timely workable solutions for end-users
  • Serve as an end-user advocate, championing O365 technologies to help users on all levels to maximize the value of O365 portal applications including Outlook, OWA, Sharepoint, Forms and Power Automate, Power Apps
  • Test new O365 tenant features and functionality, preparing end-user guides and participating in feature production deployments
  • Monitor collaborative systems health, escalating issues to team head and work with them to provide solutions for identified issues
  • Formulate documentation for administrative knowledge base articles and end-user guides
  • Participate in new application development, testing, customer training, and other support-related activities
  • Support to resolve technical setup/ connection problems across different office locations within the Company (occasional travel is required)


  • Degree Holder in Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of working experience in IT related field with good programme knowledge
  • Hands-on basic troubleshoot experience on networking and computer applications
  • The ideal candidate is preferred to have knowledge of existing and emerging Microsoft Office 365 technologies including:Good understanding on the use of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical productsAbility to analyse, diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Sharepoint Online and OneDrive Administration
  • Exchange Online and Hybrid Connectivity
  • Power Automate and Microsoft Forms
  • Power apps
  • Office 365 Suite
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Good understanding on the use of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
  • Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
