Period: Mid of May to mid of October

Key Responsibilities：

• Partner with HQ team to manage day-to-day operations on brand sites, including promotion product listings, promotion setup, and front-end content maintenance

• Partner with HQ team and agency to create and schedule marketing campaigns and social media promotions

• Support HQ customer service team on aftersales and return cases

• Track, analyze, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics, including sales performance, conversion rates, and best-selling products

• Provide administrative and operational support for ad hoc tasks and projects as reasonably assigned

Requirements :

• High diploma or above in E‑commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e‑commerce operations, marketing support, or online retail in premium luxury/ fashion brand is preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic photo editing skills (Canvas)

• Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
