Early Childhood Programme Specialist

Duties:

  • ⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and implement innovative and developmentally appropriate curricula and programs that foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children

  • ⁠ ⁠Continuously improve age-appropriate, culturally responsive, and innovative curricula for preschool children, incorporating best practices in early childhood education.

  • ⁠ ⁠Plan and organise thematic units, activities, and learning experiences that promote inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking.

  • ⁠ ⁠Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education, and integrate new ideas into the program.

  • ⁠ ⁠Provide guidance, training, and resources to teachers regarding curriculum implementation, assessment strategies, and differentiated instruction.

  • ⁠ ⁠Develop tools and methods to assess children's development and program effectiveness, using findings to inform program improvements.

Qualifications:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field

  • ⁠ ⁠10+ years of experience in curriculum development or program planning within early childhood education.

  • ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of developmental milestones and age-appropriate teaching strategies.

  • ⁠ ⁠Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fostering young children's development.
