Under the monitoring of ISO qualified Integrated Management System, Baguio provides professional environmental services, ranging from waste collection, sorting & recycling, cleansing & hygiene, horticulture & landscaping to integrated pest management, to our clients including HKSAR Government, public utilities and corporations.

We invite high caliber candidate to fill the following position:
Assistant Landscape Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Explore new business opportunities, develop and expand company business, maintain regular contact with potential and target clients, provide full support in tender bidding, proposal preparation, tender briefing and interviews
  • Manage arboricultural, landscaping projects and horticulture maintenance, including budgeting and implementation with hands-on daily operations
  • Preparation of material submission, method statement and other project submissions
  • Monitor site progress and inspections, attend regular meetings with clients to ensure keeping up good quality of operations and services
  • Manage the work teams and subcontractors, drive improvement of performance efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations as well as projects’ requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in arboriculture, horticulture, forestry, botany, landscape management, environmental or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience in construction site, landscaping, horticultural and/or arboricultural field
  • Possess of ISA Certified Arborist Certificate, Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, tree work supervisor, safety supervisor or other equivalent qualification is advantage
  • Multitasking, self-motivated, business-oriented with strong project and contract management skills
  • Able to be innovative and solve problems independently and effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with diversity of projects positively and work under pressure to meet tight schedules
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Possess of driving license is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in AUTOCAD is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Landscape Project Manager
