Responsibilities:

To support Project Manager to handle the following tasks:

• To assist the implementation of recycling projects in Hong Kong;
• Explore new collection points among commercial, industrial and residential premises into the network;
• Coordinate the collection logistics from the network to our recycling facilities;
• Handle hotline operations;
• Liaise with clients and front-line staff to ensure the smoothness of operations for fleet and factory;
• Prepare quotations and contracts, translation of documents, project presentation materials, reports and invoice, etc.;
• Follow up procurement orders;
• Assist superior in other administrative works.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in any disciplines;
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, able to work overtime and work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Passionate in recycling and environmental industries;
• Outgoing and sociable;
• Outdoor work is required;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with 1-2 working experience are preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Environmental Officer / Assistant Environmental Officer.
