Responsibilities:

• Participating in Listed Company Sustainability & ESG reporting & programs.
• Experience in annual sustainability reporting following a recognised standard (e.g. HKEx ESG Guide), exposure to TCFD is an advantage;
• Responsible for copy-writing, editing, translating and proof-reading for internal and external sustainability related communication materials, such as press release, speech, newsletter, sustainability brochure, etc.
• Support sustainability strategy development and execution, such as data collection, monitoring, training, award application and CSR activities
• Represent the Group to attend sustainability related meeting or seminars held by third parties.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 4 years relevant working experience.
• Degree holder, environmental or sustainability or relevant discipline is preferred.
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English and Chinese with the ability to communicate with all levels. Putonghua is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Proactive, attention to details and capable to work under tight schedules with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible working hours, work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays may be required.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sustainability Officer.
