Under the monitoring of ISO qualified Integrated Management System, Baguio provides professional environmental services, ranging from waste collection, sorting & recycling, cleansing & hygiene, horticulture & landscaping to integrated pest management, to our clients including HKSAR Government, public utilities and corporations.

We invite high caliber candidate to fill the following position:
Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end HR services to our office employees, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, insurance, employee relations
  • Arrange regular recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day
  • Liaise with department representatives on the recruitment needs
  • Assist in monthly and annual recruitment-related reports
  • Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS
  • Handle working visa application
  • Assist in special projects, i.e. HR data analysis, salary review, position alignment, policy and procedure review
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' HR experience of relevant experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese & English.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
