Under the monitoring of ISO qualified Integrated Management System, Baguio provides professional environmental services, ranging from waste collection, sorting & recycling, cleansing & hygiene, horticulture & landscaping to integrated pest management, to our clients including HKSAR Government, public utilities and corporations.

We invite high caliber candidate to fill the following position:
Site Technical Application and Service Engineer / Assistant Engineer/ Technician

Responsibilities:

  • To Conduct Site installation, start-up testing & commissioning, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting to the Smart Recycling Bins and Big Data Platform with IoT Devices and Sensor Units for Smart Recycling Bin & various related Assets and Associate Systems
  • To provide regular, ad-hoc maintenance services to Smart Recycling Bins and Big Data Platform
  • To record all the maintenance services implemented
  • Provide Application and IT assistance and support to end users
  • Support and troubleshooting including the diagnosing of hardware and software systems failure or problems
  • Liaisons with Vendors for specification to meet with tender specification requirement and meet with local code & standards
  • May require standby after office hours including weekends

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree / Higher Diploma in Technical Engineering, ICT / Electrical Engineering with 3-4 years of field experience;
  • Previous work experience in relate on-line monitoring systems, IoT Data Platform with devices sensor embedded application knowledge, communication networking will be preferred
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A will be added advantage
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations;
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals;
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers;
  • Proficient personal computer skills
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Able to work independently and be a team player
  • Good customer service mindset
  • Driving License with Class 1,2 or 3
  • Less experience will be considered for Assistant Engineer or Technician Post
