Requirements:
- University Graduates in Accountancy, law or a related discipline and having studied Hong Kong taxation as a major subject in undergraduate course;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, hard working and self initiated;
- At least seven years solid and relevant Hong Kong tax experience working in a sizeable CPA firm in Hong Kong or the Hong Kong Inland Revenue;
- Ability in handling portfolio of Hong Kong tax compliance cases,
- Drafting comprehensive replies to IRD queries including on all types of offshore and exemption claims,
- Experience in performing Hong Kong tax due diligence review on Hong Kong entities,
- Ability to draft Hong Kong tax and stamp duty advice on an independent basis,
- Experience in handling a full tax field audit case will be given preference,
- Full knowledge of the Foreign Source Income Exemption tax rules, Unified Tax Exemption rules on Funds and Qualifying Corporate Treasury Centre tax rules,
- Sound knowledge of transfer pricing tax rules and ability to compile Local file and Master File,
- Sound knowledge of the Global Minimum Tax Rules and Hong Kong Minimum Top-up Tax rules,
- Able to meet deadlines under time pressure,
