Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the buying strategy, OTB, sales, GP and inventory targets of the designated brand to drive the business goals
• Manage the sales and stock control process including allocation, replenishment and consolidation to achieve sales, GP and inventory targets
• Prepare and analysis regular sales reports. Keep tracking on sales performance, recommend strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities
• Keep abreast of fashion retail and benchmark competitors’ practice, initiate feasible recommendation on sales strategy to achieve sales and GP target, especially on seasonal products
• Coordinates with cross-functional team to achieve monthly target

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above qualification in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines
• 10 years or above experience in apparel industry with minimum 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong fashionable apparel sense and experience in China market is a MUST
• Strong numerical and analytical sense, able to identify and solve problems efficiently
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills, cooperate with teams and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 5-day work in Dongguan Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Buying Manager
