Responsibilities

• Handle building management related duties, such as supervision of security guard, monitoring of security system and door access control
• Review and formulate safety and security rules for office/warehouse
• Manage facilities repairs and improvement projects for office/warehouse
• Coordinate with users on project requirements, monitor progress and supervise service providers in performing building works
• To be responsible for the fixed assets management and office furniture & equipment procurement
• Assist to conduct review on vendor's performance and perform contract negotiation and renewal
• Participate in ISO / TAPA audit and internal practice review
• Provide support in organizing company activities and events
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in relevant disciplines with 3-4 years’ solid experience in general office administration, office facilities management and/or vendor management
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
