We are a competitive logistics company located in San Tin, Yuen Long. To cope with our rapid development, we are seeking dynamic and high caliber individuals to join our team.

HR & Admin Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Handle for the attendance record and payment for Casual Worker
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for HR operation
  • Provide general HR and administrative supports
  • Handle procurement and maintenance of general office & warehouse supplies and equipment
  • Prepare notice, analysis report for management review
  • Handle office expenses and payments
  • Maintain and update staff record e.g. attendance and leave
  • Perform data entry, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 year relevant working experience will be advantageous
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing (eg. V-look up)
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
