Responsibilities:

• Oversight of safe-keeping and Eurobond related custody operations, including asset safekeeping, record keeping and asset verification etc.
• Settlement and transaction management (i.e. facilitate settlement, cross-border coordination and operations efficiency etc.)
• Implement controls to manage recall risks and failed trades etc.
• Client and stakeholder management - Client servicing, Issuer coordination and ICSD collaboration etc.
• Handle corporate actions, income collection and fund services.
• Night shifts and holiday support are required.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience or above with custody or fund administration business.
• Familiar with Common Depositary operations.
• Overall understanding and knowledge about various markets and investment instruments (like Eurobonds) as well as their related operating modes, clearing and settlement procedures, law and regulations, commonly-used SWIFT formats etc.
• Familiar with different markets and operating requirements etc.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to work with the team.
• Independent in thinking, arrange work and dealing with business partners or service providers; flexible and client focus in rendering client-fronting services.
• Meticulous with details; diligent and efficient in follow-through.
• Able to work effectively under pressure arisen from workload and time constraints.
• Sensitive about international market developments and industry initiatives.
