Responsibilities:

• Re-examine and revise the Company's risk management policy statement, risk appetite statement, risk appetite administrative measures, risk data aggregation and risk reporting management policy and other policies and procedures
• Assist the Secretariats of risk management sub-committees of the Board of Directors and the Management, including preparation of the meeting materials, the organization of meetings and reports on the implementation of meeting resolutions
• Ensure that procedures and workflows are following all regulations, policies and manuals etc.
• Provide advice on risk management and compliance requirements to first line of defense
• Identify alerts and report to the team head on regulatory irregularities, breach of guidelines and potential risks
• Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualifications of degree or above, preferably major in Business, Finance, Risk Management
• 5 years’ experience in asset management area, experience in risk management and alternative investment is preferred
• Professional qualification in CFA/ FRM/ PRM is an advantage
• Good understanding of relevant policies, procedures, practices and regulations 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
