Contractor - Client Services Support, Private Banking (Contract till 30 December 2025)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct name screening in order to complete KYC reviews within regulatory deadline. Assist to prepare all connected persons name screening, from preparation of request to submitting to RPA mailbox and subsequent download and review all name screening searches results.
  • Assist to submit the respective account and CIF to AML system to request for the past transactions record for further review by Relationship Manager.
  • Provide support in annual portfolio review preparation. To download monthly statements from system for Relationship Manager to review with clients.
  • Provide support in quarterly review preparation. To draft the review by comparing PTCC report of each accounts managed by Relationship Manager for the preparation of Reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with flexibility and adaptability to changes
  • Good communication skills (including Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
  • Immediate available is preferred
