Contractor, Payment Section (Financial Accounting) (3-months contract)

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise payments and accounts receivable in accordance with company's accounting policies
  • Ensure all accounting and payment records are properly recorded
  • Participate in the preparation of accounting system requirements and UAT testing
  • Participate in the formulation and maintenance of relevant accounting systems and processes
  • Undertake other matters assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of working experience in payment and account payables is preferred 
  • Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience Lotus Notes and MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Good communication skill, team player, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
  • Good knowledge in financial reporting and financial analysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin; Chinese word processing skills is a must
