Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing all-rounded collection duties of various products.
• Manage and monitor the problem loan portfolio to ensure asset quality.
• To prepare regular or ad hoc reports with regard to the lending portfolio and credit compliance.
• Execute all-rounded collection activities, including but not limited to reminder phone calls, for retail lending products.
• Prepare debt restructuring proposals for customers in need.
• Liaise with internal and external parties, including but not limited to frontline, law firms, etc. for execution of collection activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.  

Requirements:

• University Degree with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
• 2 years' experience in credit / financial analysis, preferably with debt collection experience.
• Good credit sense with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
