Product Development Manager-BoC Pay+

Responsibilities:

  • Find innovative ways to optimize and scale the growth of payment business and platform activeness.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, conducting market and competitor research, and ensuring products align with company objectives.
  • Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to meet the user requirements and grow the business.
  • Work across various teams and stakeholders to develop features and optimize user flows that cover all with a focus on growth, financial impact and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years’ experience in product development or project management in Finance, Digital Services or related fields.
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle, industry trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance monitoring to drive informed decisions.
