(Senior)Product Manager, Platform Management

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention on the platform.
  • Develop the overall strategy and processes for creating, organizing, and managing digital content on the platform and various channels, including websites, apps, and other online properties.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, understand user behavior, and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Improve the user experience on the platform to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Manage projects related to platform development, updates, and growth initiatives.
  • Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage projects and timelines effectively.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical understanding: Familiarity with platform technologies and best practices.
  • Experience in a relevant industry: Experience in digital payment, e-commerce, daily service platforms is preferred.
  • More than 6 years’ experience in Fintech, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, or other related fields.
