Responsibilities:

• Analyze and perform Retail Banking system requirement analysis, design and testing to determine best process solutions
• Communicate with business units for the most effective and efficient solutions
• Develop the testing cases, execute test cases in UAT environment and analyze test results
• Identify and document test defects, track resolutions and provide feedback to the development team
• Management processes to ensure successful implementation of the projects and perform health check after the program implement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in banking industry with project management experience is an asset 
• Team Player and flexible to cope with fast changing atmosphere
• Strong relationship management skills with a drive to deliver top quality solutions, and ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts 
• Proficient in PC operations with technical knowledge on SQL, VBA and SPSS a definite advantage
