• Develop and source retail investment products such as Unit Trusts or structured products to support business development
• Work closely with both internal departments and external partners to ensure effective implementation and management of retail investment products
• Ensure product due diligence, on-boarding, workflow and operation are in compliance with legal and regulatory authorities
• Develop and execute marketing programs and product development to drive retail investment products and to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns, operational procedures for the products and so on
• Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years’ banking experience, preferably in retail investment product development field
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4) is a must
• Excellent knowledge of retail investment products
• Experience in investment system development is highly preferred
• Creative, detail-minded, self-motivated and good communication skills
