• Responsible for providing advisory support to Global Markets Department on compliance issues
• Review internal operational procedures to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal control guidelines
• Formulate and review trade document (eg ISDA, Loan Agreement and Product Term Sheet)
• Provide training to departmental staff where necessary
• Degree holder or above in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking sector / audit firms
• Familiar with treasury operations and local regulatory requirements on investment products
