Officer, Human Resources Administration
  • Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions, perform adhoc projects as assigned
  • Support compensation & benefits administration such as group medical enrolment and renewal
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are update and accurate
  • Coordinate staff activities and employee relations programmes
  • Assist in register of licensed Intermediaries
  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management/related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, flexible, organized with good communication skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Human Resources Administration.
