- Degree holder in Business Administration / Financial Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 4 with less than 2 years’ working experience;
- Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage;
- Willing to start working in the Branches' Operation Team first;
- Mature, presentable, customer-oriented and detail-minded;
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Fresh university graduates and IANG visa’s graduates are welcome.
During the trainee program, trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After completion of the program, you will be deployed to the designated team of our Retail Banking’s Branches for further development subject to the trainee’s performance.
