Assistant E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Assistant E-Commerce Manager to lead the overall operations for a major wellness brand e-commerce project. You will drive platform management, member growth, and performance marketing to achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Shopline platform operations, including UI/UX optimization, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service

  • Plan and execute member reactivation and retention campaigns

  • Develop and optimize subscription programs to drive recurring revenue

  • Coordinate new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

  • Collaborate with media team to optimize full-funnel performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Monitor daily performance, tracking (GA4), and provide regular reports


Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopline (or similar platforms)

  • Proven track record in member reactivation, subscription management, and CRM operations

  • Experience in performance marketing (Meta/Google) and data-driven optimization

  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)

  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Knowledge of dietary supplements is a plus

  • Knowledge of photo design is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills is a plus
