Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

• Handle full spectrum of talent acquisition process including sourcing & attracting potential candidates through various channels (e.g. recruitment & social platforms), conducting interviews, preparing employment-related documents and handling on-boarding formalities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with line managers, existing and potential candidates

• Responsible for daily HR administration, execution of HR initiatives and other ad-hoc projects

• Analyze recruitment data, recruitment strategies etc

• Ad hoc assignments as assigned

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Degree holder in HR / business related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in recruitment field, especially conducting interviews

• Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills

• Self-starter and with an ability to operate independently across a complex and matrix structure

• Basic knowledge with employment laws in Hong Kong
