JOB DESCRIPTION
Art
* Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth execution of PR and campaigns related to the "Artists".

* Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, clients and sponsors (both online and offline)

* Be able to prepare press releases, social media copywriting, content editing, proofreading, reviewing post-performance analytics, and making necessary improvements.
* Promotion and monitoring in social media.
* Ad hoc task assigned requirements by the management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

• Accompany the Artists for daily activities.

• Liaise and work closely with clients and external parties for the Artists' job engagements.

• Contribute to new business pitches by interacting with and advising clients.

• Travel is necessary to assist with the Artists' appearances and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business / Marketing / Communications or a related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of entertainment industry, artist management (and agency) experience.

• Strong experience in the entertainment/ music industry of Hong Kong and communication with medias

• Solid hands-on experience in media pitching and social media content development.

• Excellent project management skills and multitask with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude in the entertainment industry.

• Mature and self-motivated with outgoing personality, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge in Canva or Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is in advance.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Artiste Management Officer.
