Assistant Officer – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in handling various compensation and benefit functions including preparation of payroll, leave administration, benefit administration, tax reporting, staff cost budgeting, etc.

  • Prepare various routine and ad hoc C&B/people management reports and analyses

  • Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties and projects

  • Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision

  • Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations


Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • Around 3 years of proven HR experience gained with sizeable organisation

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word

  • Strong numerical sense and analytical mind

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • A good team player, self-motived, proactive, organized, attentive to details, multi-tasking

  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
